Our athlete membership with Impact Sports Performance is where serious players turn into complete athletes. From speed and strength training to recovery and mental performance, this program is designed to help players move better, hit harder, and play smarter — all year long.

Sports performance training for baseball focuses on improving the key physical and mental skills that directly impact a player’s game performance. This includes enhancing speed, agility, strength, power, coordination, and endurance.


Baseball-specific and softball-specific training often incorporates drills that target pitching, fielding, and throwing mechanics, as well as reaction time and decision-making under pressure. When comparing sports performance training to add-ons like hitting or pitching lessons, performance training is broader and aims to optimize overall athleticism and game-readiness. In contrast, hitting lessons are more specialized, focusing on technique, mechanics, and situational strategy related to batting.


While hitting lessons enhance a specific skill, sports performance training builds the foundation needed for those skills to be executed effectively and consistently.
