Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
The Armory Training
All payments made to Colorado RoughRiders for baseball and softball training programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, training sessions, camps, clinics, and team dues. By enrolling in our program, participants acknowledge and accept this policy. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule conflicts, missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or removal from the program for disciplinary reasons. Some refunds may be applicable (ie: overcharged). Due to the refund policy of Stripe that Crossbar uses for processing credit card payments, if a refund is issued the processing fee will not be included in the refund. Credits to your Crossbar account can be discussed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our program.
Youth Baseball
