Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Youth Baseball
No Refund Policy All payments made to Colorado RoughRiders for baseball and softball training programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, training sessions, camps, clinics, and team dues. By enrolling in our program, participants acknowledge and accept this policy. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule conflicts, missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or removal from the program for disciplinary reasons. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our program.
High School Baseball
RoughRiders Baseball does not provide any refunds.
Softball

Cinco de Softball
RoughRiders Softball - Cinco De Softball Refund Policy At RoughRiders Softball , we understand that weather conditions can sometimes impact gameplay. Our refund policy is as follows to ensure fairness to all participating teams: 1. Full Cancellation Due to Weather – If the tournament is canceled before any games are played due to inclement weather, teams will receive a full refund of their entry fee. 2. Partial Play & Weather Interruption – If some games are played but the tournament cannot be completed due to weather: • Teams that have played no games will receive a full refund. • Teams that have played one game will receive a partial refund. • Teams that have played two or more games will not receive a refund. 3. Game Suspensions & Delays – If weather causes delays or temporary suspensions of play, we will make every effort to resume games as conditions allow. Refunds will only be issued if games cannot be completed according to the above guidelines. 4. Administrative & Processing Fees – Any refunds issued may be subject to a small processing fee to cover administrative costs. This policy ensures that teams are protected in the event of unforeseen weather conditions while also covering necessary tournament expenses.
