Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Turf or Treat Showdown
RoughRiders Softball Tournament Refund Policy Thank you for registering for a RoughRiders Softball tournament. Please review our refund policy carefully: Refund Eligibility: Full Refund: If your team does not play any games due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. Partial Refund: If your team plays only one game, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of the tournament director. No Refund: Once your team has played two or more games, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. Additional Notes: Refunds will not be issued for team withdrawals, no-shows, or disqualifications due to rule violations or misconduct. Games shortened or adjusted due to weather, time limits, or mercy rules are considered official and count toward games played. Due to the refund policy of Stripe that Crossbar uses for processing credit card payments, if a refund is issued the processing fee will not be included in the refund. Youth Baseball
Refund Policy All payments made to Colorado RoughRiders for baseball and softball training programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, training sessions, camps, clinics, and team dues. By enrolling in our program, participants acknowledge and accept this policy. Refunds will not be issued due to schedule conflicts, missed sessions, voluntary withdrawal, or removal from the program for disciplinary reasons. Some refunds may be applicable (ie: overcharged). Due to the refund policy of Stripe that Crossbar uses for processing credit card payments, if a refund is issued the processing fee will not be included in the refund. Credits to your Crossbar account can be discussed. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to our program.
High School Baseball
RoughRiders Baseball does not provide any refunds.
Softball
