RoughRiders Softball is dedicated to developing elite athletes who excel both on and off the field. Our program challenges players to compete at a high level while building the character, discipline, and leadership skills that lead to success in every area of life.

Tony brings a lifetime of playing, coaching, and mentoring experience to the RoughRiders program. After moving to Colorado at age 10, he built his baseball career through Brighton High School, Burt Chevrolet Connie Mack Baseball, and the collegiate ranks at Lamar, Colby, and the University of Hawaii Hilo.

Following his playing career, Tony dedicated his professional life to education and coaching, serving as a teacher and baseball coach at Berthoud High School, Standley Lake High School, and Brighton High School. His background in the classroom and on the field gives him a unique ability to teach the game, develop athletes, and build trust with players and families.

Tony is passionate about helping young athletes grow with confidence, discipline, toughness, and respect for the game. He believes great coaching goes beyond wins and losses. It is about developing competitors, leaders, and young women who carry themselves with pride on and off the field.

Now with RoughRiders Softball, Tony brings the same passion, experience, and standard of excellence to every practice, every game, and every athlete he coaches.
