Q: Can I Purchase Lessons On My Own?
- Yes. You can purchase your lessons through the 'Training Lessons/Lesson Packages' under Programs. Shortcut here.
Q: How long is a lesson?
- One lesson is 30 minutes
Q: Is There A Cancellation Policy For One-On-One Lessons?
- Yes. RoughRiders Cancellation Policy for lessons and workouts is acknowledged in the registration process and sent in the confirmation email that you will receive after registering. If you are looking for this elsewhere, please contact us via email.
Included Training Credits
Q: How Many Lessons Are Included In Our Baseball Season Package?
A: Youth Baseball - 8 included lessons are redeemable starting January 15, 2026. High School - 8 included lessons are redeemable upon registration. Earliest date to redeem: Jan 15, 2026
Q: What are the 8 included credits?
A: Each registered family receives 8 included 1:1 training lessons to use during the season as
part of their registration.
Q: How do I use my 8 included credits?
A: Instructions on how to access and book your credits were sent via email. Please refer to your
registration confirmation email or the email sent on January 20th titled “Important: How To
Access 8 Included 1:1 Training Sessions.” A video and voice guided "How To" was sent out on February 5th as well.
Q: I can’t find the instructions to add the 8 included lessons to my account. What should I do?
A: First, check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your confirmation email or the January 20th or February 5th instruction email. If you still can’t locate it, please reach out to your team manager who will deliver the problem.
Q: I'm new to the organization - where can I find instructions on how to apply the 8 included lessons as well?
A: New registrations automatically receive the same instructions in their confirmation email
after registering.
Q: When do the 8 included lessons expire?
A: All included lesson credits expire on July 31st. Any unused lesson credits after that date will no longer be
valid.
Q: Can unused lessons from my 8 included lessons roll over past July 31st?
A: No, all included 8 lesson credits must be used before July 31st and do not roll over.
Q: Can the credits be used for any type of training?
A: The credits are specifically for 1:1 training sessions. Catching, hitting, pitching, and fielding.
Q: Can I transfer my credits to another player or family member?
A: No, credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered player.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions about my included 8 lesson credits?
A: Please contact your team manager who will pass along the information.

Start Here: Team Manager
Parents should contact the Team Manager first for:
- Team schedules & reminders
- Team pictures, fundraisers, events, or team logistics
- Tournament logistics
- Team communication issues
- General “who do I talk to?” questions
Team managers should be who the administration is hearing from. Team managers should pass along messages to the correct communication outlet.
Head Coach
Contact the Head Coach for:
- Player development questions
- Player lineups
- Practice expectations
- Playing philosophy
- Team rules & culture
Do NOT contact Head Coaches for scheduling, facilities, or admin issues.
Director of Operations (Sahara Fredricks)
Contact only through the Team Manager or Head Coach for:
- Facility use (rooms, cages, fields)
- Practice or space scheduling
- Team picture space requests
- Equipment or operational needs
- Attention to financials
Parents should not contact the Ops Director directly unless directed by Head Coach or Team Manager
Director of Baseball (Chad Povich)
Contact only if escalated for:
- Team placement or roster concerns
- Coach-related issues
- Program fit questions
- Tryouts and evaluations
For Softball - (Tony Pietras)
Executive Director (Chad Jacobsen)
Contact only for:
- Organization-wide concerns (Talk with Chad Povich first)
- Strategic or financial matters (Talk with Sahara first)
- Issues unresolved at lower levels (Talk with Chad Povich first)
The Executive Director should not be contacted for team logistics, scheduling, or facilities. The Executive Director should only be contacted after direction from Chad Povich or Sahara Fredricks
One Rule Parents Can Remember
Start with the Team Manager. If it’s not their lane, they’ll route it.
To ensure timely responses and smooth operations, all team-related communication must follow the Colorado RoughRiders chain of communication. Contacting staff outside the proper channel may delay resolution.
