The Armory Training
A New Breed of Speed is partnering with Armory Training to bring specialized speed, power, explosiveness, and athletic performance training to our 14U–18U athletes.
With Armory Training as the performance partner, athletes will have access to focused performance training designed to develop the physical tools that translate directly to competition.
Before the full program launches, we're giving athletes the opportunity to experience the training firsthand with two introductory Speed & Power sessions.
INTRODUCTORY SPEED & POWER WORKOUT
FOR 14U - 18U ATHLETES | $25 PER SESSION
This one-hour introductory workout will give athletes a firsthand look at the training methods and intensity behind A New Breed of Speed × Armory Training.
Training will focus on developing:
Speed • Acceleration • Power • Explosiveness • Athleticism • Competition
This is about more than simply running faster. Athletes will be challenged to become more explosive, powerful, efficient, and confident in the movements that matter when it's time to compete.
