Youth Baseball

Current Teams:

Youth Teams - 10u Baseball (1), 10u Softball (1), 12u Baseball (1), 12u Softball (1), 13u Baseball (5), 14u Baseball (2)

Youth Seasons:

• Spring/Summer season is January - July
• Fall (practice &/or games) is September & October
• Off-Season Training is August - December

Practice/Game Cadence:

• 2 practices/week + weekend tournaments
• Practices start mid-January
• Tournaments can start as early as March but no later than April

Compensation:

Varies by role & will be communicated through the hiring process

Current Open Roles:

• Roaming Coach
• Assistant Coach
• 1:1 Training Coach (Hitting, Catching, Fielding, Pitching)
• Head Coach

Current Teams:

High School Teams - Will be updated late spring 2026 (15u-18u)

High School Seasons:

• Summer season is late May - July
• Fall (practice &/or games) is September & October
• Off-Season Training is August - December

Looking for Coaches/Trainers Who Might Have:

Preferred:

• Prior club/travel coaching
• Certifications (ACE, NFHS, USA Softball, etc.)
• Strength/conditioning knowledge
• Recruiting knowledge

Minimum:

• Experience coaching or playing (HS/college/club) or equivalent leadership
• Ability to pass a background check (required)
• Positive communication with athletes and parents
• Reliable attendance and planning

• Alignment with organization philosophy

1. Submit application (5 - 10 minutes)

3. Staff review (within 1-3 days)
